  2. Sorry, this was taken with the 80-200 AF-S (now discontinued). Though I’ve never used the 18-200 VR, one of my friends owns one, and her opinion is essentially “good value, but slower than you’d expect”, referring to the widest F-stop of f5.6 at 200mm. The VR does help counteract blur, so your mileage may vary.
